Inventory Management:

Regularly monitor stock levels and conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

Implement strategies to optimise inventory turnover and minimise stock

shortages or overages.

Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.

Warehouse Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including

receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the

warehouse and the head office.

Coordinate with internal departments to address any issues or

concerns related to inventory or order fulfilment.

Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates on

delivery status, and address any inquiries or complaints.

Maintain a comprehensive database of transporters, including contact

information, rates, and service capabilities.

Coordinate with transporters to schedule inward and outward

shipments of goods, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.

Monitor the performance of transporters and address any issues or

concerns regarding delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies.
