Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve internal operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock-level management to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Customer Support: Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients, resolving any operational issues or customer queries in a timely manner.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, production timelines, and budget tracking.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations are compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
Process Training: Assist in the training of staff on best practices, new technologies, and operational protocols.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2-3 years) in an operations role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and production planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (knowledge of specific systems used at Bhavna Roadine Pvt. Ltd. is a plus).
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologie
