Operation Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Team Management: Supervise and lead operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet performance goals.

Resource Allocation: Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.

Inventory Control: Implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects related to operations, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Customer Relations: Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in operations management or a related role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis and project management.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
