Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department, managing key projects, and assisting the manager in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary:- 12,000 - 14,000 per month

Location: Location: Work from Office (Thergaon, Pune)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational policies.

Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Project Management:

Coordinate projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.

Provide regular updates to the manager and stakeholders on project status.

Customer Relations:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

Education:

Min. 12th pass

Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.

Skills:

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Communication:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Should have good communication skills in english

Office days:

10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
