The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emails, and coordinating tasks to maintain efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Operations: Act as a central point of contact for all operational tasks and ensure timely and effective communication between team members, Patient, Insurance company.
Handle Emails: Professionally and efficiently respond to emails while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Rotational Shifts: Work in rotational shifts to cover the 24/7 operational requirements of the process. Adapt to changing schedules and ensure seamless transition during shift changes.
Task Management: Ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Email Drafting: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and external communications, including clients, patient, insurance team.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operations-related activities, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all operational activities.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to draft professional emails and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
