Job description

We are looking for a passionate Web Designer to join our team. The chosen candidate will be designing the component and templates which will be developed for internet websites. The work will involve understanding the needs of customers, solving problems, and agreeing and delivering solutions that meet real business needs. Candidates should actively promote and maintain departmental standards and quality initiatives in all aspects of work.

The successful candidates' primary responsibilities will include:

- Excellent communication skills

- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards

- Assisting the Marketing and Communications team with creative concepts and collaterals for the posters, banners, ads, etc.

- Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving design and interactive features.

- Ensuring the coding standards are met; optimizing the web architectures for navigability and accessibility (SEO standards)

- Have extreme attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great user experience

- Should work independently and require minimum supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of web design experience with all the aspects

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite(PC), especially Photoshop and Illustrator

- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap 5, etc.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines

- Understanding of production, pre-press, print, and web-based technologies

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
