JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT: Sales

LOCATION: Jamshedpur and Bhubneswar

SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and result driven sales executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored services and solutions.

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales growth.

Meet the sales goals and develop plans and strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, resolving issues, and support as needed.

Contact potential and existing customers over the phone, email or by visiting them.

Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.

Participate in meetings of sales team.

Provide regular reports and database on sales activities and achievements to management.

Provide accurate and timely report on customer database.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience.

Ability to work independently or as a part of the team.

Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and sales techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Field.
