As a Relationship Manager in our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing partnerships with two-wheeler dealerships. Your primary focus will be on marketing our company's services, ensuring dealer satisfaction, and facilitating insurance sales through strategic collaborations. This role demands frequent travel within the assigned territory to engage with dealership personnel and uphold the company's standards of excellence.
Location: Coimbatore, Vizag, Kurnool/Tirupati, Thiruvananthapuram, Aurangabad, Tinsukia/Dibrugarh
Responsibilities: 1) Strategic Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to dealerships within the assigned territory to comprehend their needs and align our services with their expectations.
Foster strong relationships with dealership stakeholders to enhance cooperation and mutual understanding.
2) Maximizing Sales Opportunities: Collaborate closely with dealership staff to streamline sales processes and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company.
3) Training and Support: Provide necessary training and support to dealership staff to ensure smooth integration and utilization of our services.
Address any concerns or queries raised by dealership personnel promptly and effectively.
