Job Profile:

? Good Presentation skill

? Good communication Skill

? Should have strong knowledge in A+, N+

? A+, N+ certification (Mandatory)

? Have to give training to the candidates those who are willing to study A+, N+ based on log sheets that is prepared by IIHT

? Knowledge in RAM, HDD, Motherboard, and processor

? Knowledge in OS installation, Trouble shooting, Outlook Configuration

? Knowledge in backup and restoring

? Installing and dismantling PC’s

? Basic Linux and Dos Commands

? Knowledge in networking cables and devices

? NIC/MAC address

? Logical address ( ipv4, ipv6 and sub netting)

? OSI Reference model knowledge

? Knowledge in protocols and port no’s

? Network troubleshooting and basic firewall

? Knowledge in wireless networking
