Opening For Back Office Executive (Only Females)

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling back office operations, Data management, Coordination with suppliers across India and internal office staff. The Back Office Executive will be working from our Ahmedabad office situated at Makarba Candidate will be required to sign 6 month bond for not leaving organization

Qualifications / Skill sets/ Requirement

Experience in back office operations for at least 1 to years.

Experience in Data management/ Excel and should be soft spoken.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi , as she would be dealing with suppliers across India for getting various inputs over email, call and WhatsApp.

Should have a bachelor's degree in any field. Experience in the transportation or hospitality industry is a plus.

Candidate is required to sign minimum 6 months service bond with organization.

Job Timing :-

Monday to Saturday , 10 AM to 7 PM.
