Roles & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for driving sales through the conversion of free users and leads
Develop and execute a launch strategy for online sales.
Recruit, build, and manage a team for sales and support.
Manage software or technology used for sales activity.
Build and manage platform alliances and partner management.
Drive alliances to outsource or synergize products and services.
Provide input and feedback from customers on the product and service offerings.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments on processes.
Complete Sales Target/Revenue from Subscription and Brokerage Business
Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
Retain and increase enrollment in the loyalty program for different parties.
Create a daily or periodic MIS on sales as per budget
Preferred candidate profile:-
5+ years of experience in online sales, B2C sales, and channel sales.
A Graduate with an MBA or PG is mandatory.
Knowledge of the stock market is a must.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must
