Job Description

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

Customer Acquisition: Attract new customers through digital marketing strategies such as social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to keep existing customers engaged and coming back for repeat purchases. This might include loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and post-purchase follow-ups.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.

Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the jewelry products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through various channels (email, chat, phone) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product selection.
