Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Online Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends will be key to driving our online presence and achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

Conduct keyword research, analyze market trends, and optimize online campaigns to improve performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Monitor and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to measure campaign effectiveness.

Optimize landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for online channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an Online Marketing Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including PPC advertising, SEO, and social media.
