Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving growth and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions across various channels.

Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.

Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and digital technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or online marketing roles.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or any relevant digital marketing courses.
