This position is responsible for coordinating with Medical establishments to help their non certified staff to get certified with NSDC affiliated programs. The incumbent works closely with hospitals and relevant medical institutions for maintenance of relationships and acts as an interface between these parties in ensuring the smooth end-to end admission process of the hospital staff
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
● Sales driven and need to achieve the campus target
●Need to handle target pressure
●Need to work on tie ups with Hospitals and medical institutes to help them get their staff
certified.
● Have a strong customer centric relationship
● Plan and execute admission pipeline for all batches
● SOP implementation in admission process
● Maintain data/records for all admission.
● Would be primarily responsible for leads generations and conversion
● Maintain accurate and complete student records as required.
● Meet with hospital HR/HODs to work together to help their non certified staff
● Meet the expected target.
● Enforce all admission rules governing students
● Providing Counselling, Grooming and Motivation to the students
● Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records,
interviews, and professional sources.
● Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.
● Know how to counsel and close it (and not just manage it)
● Are able to communicate effectively and smartly (within the team, with the students and the
corporate team) / good interpersonal skills
● Have good planning and problem solving skills
● Know how to coach, counsel and mentor people (of all age groups)
● Are professional and process oriented
