We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder to join our team. The Online Bidder will be responsible for generating leads, responding to bids, and securing projects on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of generating business on these platforms and must be well-versed with the bidding process. The candidate must have experience in creating a company presence on such online platforms and generate leads right from scratch. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities through various online platforms
Responding to bids and proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc., and submitting high-quality, tailored proposals to meet the clients' requirements.
Conducting market research to understand client needs, pricing, and competition.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication
Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
Monitoring and tracking projects through their lifecycle and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience 4 to 7 years
Proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Understanding of web development, software development, Metaverse, AR/VR, IoT, digital marketing, and other technical areas
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
