Job title- Online Bidder

Roles & Responsibility-

• Prior experience of at least 1 year in a business development (Bidding) role working with any software company.

• Should have Experience of bidding and getting international digital media projects from online platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, People per Hour, LinkedIn and other freelancing platforms.

• The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interact with clients confidently and Ability to understand, extract, interpret and explain client’s requirements and manage multiple leads.

• Must have at least basic knowledge and experience in Web Development process, Mobile Development, Website Design, WordPress, Graphic Design, etc.

• Create develop, and deliver marketing campaigns (Direct mail, email, social media etc..).

• Analyze and work with previous campaigns to ensure they are achieving positive results and engagement.

• Write and manage content for the company’s website and other online platforms

• Lead the digital acquisition program, individual campaigns and project requirements ensuring continual improvement in terms of brand, message, process, communication effectiveness and cost.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients.

• Ability to understand, extract, interpret and explain client’s requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple leads.

• Excellent attention to detail

Skill Set requirement-

• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.

• Must be able to perform relevant and fast bidding.

• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client on phone, chatting applications and depending on the requirement from the client.

• Maintain very high rating on all platforms.

• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
