Duties/Responsibilities:
-Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Shopping Ads
-Oversee growth in performance to meet clients business goals and strategies.
-Manage the platforms daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
-Map ad formats to advertising objectives
-Plan and Optimize landing page testing
-Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
-Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads A/B testing.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance
-Build Budget Recommendations & media plans
-Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
-Present account reviews internally as well as to clients over client reporting calls.
-Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
-Ensure a data-led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
Required Skills/Abilities:
-At least 2 years of experience in running media campaigns within an agency or affiliate environment.
-3+ years of relevant experience with focus on content development & marketing
-Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing.
-Have previous experience of handling Ad campaigns.
-Have strong liaising, reporting and communication skills.
-Have a strong working knowledge of Google AdWords, Social Media Ads, Programmatic, App-Install and Native Banner ads.
-Expertise in creating content for different digital platforms.
-Strong organizational and analytical skills, and a very good eye for detail.
-A good, confident grasp of the MS Office suite, Excel in particular
-A good head for numbers and working with large sets of data
-A good understanding of Business, B2B and B2C models
-A strong desire to compete and a drive to succeed
