Steadfast IT Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Consultant - Medical Oncologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology, excellent clinical skills, and a patient-centered approach to providing exceptional cancer care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis

Evaluate and diagnose patients with various cancers through clinical assessments, imaging studies, and laboratory investigations.

Treatment Planning & Implementation

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, tailored to the type and stage of cancer.

Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, side effects, and laboratory results.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

Collaborate with surgical oncologists, medical officers, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care.

Provide expert input in multidisciplinary team discussions for complex or high-risk cases.

Patient Consultations & Support

Conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations to assess new cases, review follow-ups, and address treatment complications or side effects.

Educate patients and families about cancer diagnoses, treatment options, outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring informed decision-making.

Ward Rounds & Care Coordination

Perform regular ward rounds to monitor hospitalized patients undergoing cancer treatment or managing complications.
