Roles and Responsibilities:

We need to hire an Onboarding Specialist for managing the onboarding and exit process for

client projects. The role would include the following:

1. Provisioning for all new hires in the client's tool

2. Ensuring all compliance documents like code of conduct, NDA are completed within

the defined timelines by close coordination with the new hires

3. Coordinate with various teams for equipment delivery to new hires

4. Keeping the new hires engaged throughout the onboarding process

5. Working with new hires for activation of their profiles on client's tools. Updating Ops

and respective HRBPs on the status of activation.

6. Consolidation of joining and exit details on a weekly basis with TA and payroll team

7. Offboarding employees from the client tools

8. Creating and sharing MIS for Ops and HR records
