We need an assistant, who can help us prepare the itinerary, do correspondence through E-mail & other social media with the client's query, and do some promotions on a social media platform. making hotel & transport reservations. issuing Air tickets as and when required. Itinerary planning & exploring new destinations and travel plans, handling groups at the Airport ( FIT & GIT ) as and when needed. Work as an assistant tour Escort if you wish to do that, filing travel docs, making travel insurance, etc. These are basic outlines of your daily work. managing the office, when the CEO is out of Station. mainly to focus on itinerary planning and preparing quotations, as per client queries, and making phone calls for package promotions and follow-up actions
