Job description
Looking for well-groomed candidates (from South Delhi) for Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant/ Personal Secretary Role, with preferable experience in Architectural consultancy firm in handling MD's calendar & following up with Senior staff. Must be good at verbal and written communication.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Coordination with the internal staff.
Managing day-to-day operations of MD and directly reporting to him.
Calendar Management
Planning, scheduling meetings & appointments
Drafting and replying to emails on MD's behalf.
Coordinate & arrange meetings, conferences, events, etc.
Attend meetings as required: Draft agenda, take meeting notes, etc, preparing MOM.
Preparation/editing of reports, presentations, correspondences, MIS.
Manage travel & hotel bookings
Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails
Organize & Maintain personal/ official files & folders systematically
Coordination with different departments for the collection of reports.
Preparation of different daily, weekly & monthly reports, presentations, etc
Skills
Should have strong written and verbal capabilities
Highly motivated and able to work well independently or as part of a team
Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, strong time management skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Flexibility and willingness to deal with the ad-hoc assignments.
Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality
Must have a pleasing personality
