Job Post: Office Secretary (Male)
An organized and professional Secretary (Male) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial/administrative work with proficiency in Ms Office / Office Management System.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, manage schedules, and assist in various clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy and security.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
SALARY: 1700+300 SAR
