Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in utilizing office technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Office Management:

Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.

- Handle telephone calls and inquiries professionally.

- Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and other related services.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
