Job Description for OFFICE SALES COORDINATOR.
1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
2. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
3. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 1 or more years experience in sales.
3. Good team development and leadership skills.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
7. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
