Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and diligent Office Peon to assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The role involves performing essential support duties and providing assistance to office staff in a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keep the office environment clean and organized, including desks, floors, and meeting areas.

2. Serve tea, coffee, and water to office staff and visitors.

3. Handle courier deliveries, packages, and distribution of mail within the office.

4. Assist in moving and organizing files, documents, and office supplies.

5. Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations when needed.

Requirements:

1. Basic educational qualification (., 8th or 10th grade pass); higher education is not mandatory.

2. Punctual and hardworking, with good interpersonal skills.

3. Physical fitness to handle tasks that may involve moderate lifting or movement.

4. Willingness to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
