Take the entire responsibility of processing the documents acquired by the front office.
Data and File management . drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the
management.
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations, preparing, scheduling and organizing
meetings, events and appointments.
Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Prepare and reconcile customer balances. Correct discrepancies in customer account balances through
CRM tools provided by company.
Should be able to handle the Walk-in customers and make the customer job/query sheet in system.
Communicate with on field employees.
Paper work assigned by Directors and Head of Departments.
