Job Description

Manage and organize filing systems for CBSE school documentation

Assist in the preparation and submission of CBSE affiliation applications

Travel to CBSE schools to support and guide them through the affiliation process

Record and edit videos using mobile devices for documentation and promotional purposes

Communicate effectively with school administrators and CBSE officials

Maintain accurate records and handle data entry related to school affiliations

Assist in creating and editing documents and presentations as needed

Support in organising meetings and events related to the CBSE affiliation process

Perform other administrative tasks as required

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)

Experience with mobile videography and video editing software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Ability to travel frequently and work independently

Prior experience in an office environment, preferably in the education sector
