1. Basic Office Maintenance & Support

Cleaning and organizing office spaces

Handling office equipment

Managing pantry and kitchen supplies

2. Administrative Assistance

Delivering documents and files

Assisting in basic clerical tasks (., photocopying, filing, scanning)

Handling incoming and outgoing mail or courier services

3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Ability to follow instructions

Politeness and professionalism when dealing with staff and visitors

Basic verbal communication skills

4. Time Management & Multitasking

Completing assigned tasks on time

Managing multiple small tasks efficiently

5. Basic Technical Knowledge

Using office appliances (., coffee machine, printer, projector etc)

6. Physical Stamina & Reliability

Ability to move around the office frequently
