Responsibilities:

• Making monthly and day to day reports in advance excel

• Coordinate with management team and clients.

• Follow up action on pending work.

• Checking mail & responding on behalf of the Director.

• Corporate record keeping for multiple entities.

• Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.
