Job Description

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support (scheduling meetings, handling communications).

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Organize office meetings and events.

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.

Assist with onboarding new employees.

Manage office records and filing systems (physical and electronic).

Handle phone calls, emails, and deliveries.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.

Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Personal Attributes:

Positive, proactive attitude.

Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
