1. Check and Coordinating the maintenance / repair of office equipment.

2. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees

3. Courier coordination, arrangement for documents, assets transfer etc.

4. Registering Domestic/International courier with courier agencies by email, Phone and maintaining records on Excel

5. Working on Email & Excel is must

6. Support in Xerox, Scanning documents

7. Delivery of office material, Documents,

8. Bank related work like cheque deposit, cash withdrawal, bank statements etc

9. Any other support required by Admin Manager
