Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees.

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

Maintaining Courier & Materials inward and outward register.

Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.

Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.

Taking care of Hygiene and cleaning of office .

Should be honest, respectful, adn trustworthy.

Ready to travel across for office work.

Maintaining Service Register & DC file maintenance.

Maintaining Office Stock Inventory.

Maintaining Daily Attendance for staffs.

Attending all incoming calls and connect it to respective person.

Maintaining Staff Movement Register.

Extend necessary support to all the staff in general.

Attend the jobs assigned to do outside the office premises.

Education and Qualifications:

12th standard with basic office skills.

Experience in clerical activities is an added advantage.

Two Wheeler with valid Driving License.

Age limit : 20 - 25 (Fresher)

Salary : -

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Office Timings : 10 am - 7 pm
