We are looking for an assistant who will be taking over responsibilities to manage the complete working of the office
Candidate needs to have knowledge of computers (word, excel, power point).
Should have good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
The job role includes managing customer calls / messages, handling emails.
Managing sales and purchase billing entries.
Managing portals, website, social media, online promotions, listings.
Technically checking products for sales. Software / Hardware (Should be open to learning new technology).
Managing and updating inventory of office products and supplies.
Packaging Labeling Products for Sales & Courier.
Providing sales product demo.
Co-ordinating with courier, and other assisting teams for smooth transit.
Co-ordinating with chartered accountant for submission of sales, purchase, GST, Etc.
All necessary training will be provided.
Freshers with a zeal to learn and grow are welcome.
