Primarily responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments as per the guidance and direction of Admin In-charge
Able to manage and coordinate overall housekeeping activities, serving tea and snacks to employees/Guest, made preparations for office meetings etc.
Assist in making logistic arrangements for employees, if required.
Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable work environment.
Sometimes the candidate will be responsible for outgoing tasks if required.
Receiving materials from vendors, dispatch Parcel/postal/courier items and handover it to Administrative In-charge .
Any other tasks assigned by the Administrative In-charge
