Duties and Responsibilities:
1)Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
2)Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
3)Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.
4)Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
5)Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
6)Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
7)Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
8)Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
9)Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
10)Delivering facsimiles and transmitting them, and performing any related internet search tasks.
Skills and Specifications:
1)Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
2)Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
3)Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
4)Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
Education and Qualifications:
1)High school graduate with basic office skills.
2)Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.
