Job Overview
Come to Incuber Services, an emerging firm in our industry in the metro area. We are looking to hire an experienced multiple-role person with good knowledge of English as a language, Microsoft office products, some knowledge of websites, WordPress, HR, back-office support, etc. Long hours are absolutely required.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Basic and light knowledge of software, testing, graphics, etc
Absolute Requirements:
High Proficiency in MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc) PDF
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills and work under stress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
The ability to learn and perform new technologies is a must
