Job Description

Each profile in the database is described by 150+ fields which carry the persons information and also details of the stage in the recruitment process at GET.

Characterization activity aims at accurately and completely filling up all these fields with the candidates information in detail enabling better data analytics and search.

The team fills up these fields by collecting information from the resume and the GET application form that the applicants are requested to fill up and send.

Skills:

? Proficient in using spreadsheets, Databases, Excel, and internet tools

? Typing Speed should be high

Key Competencies:

? Positive attitude

? Display high levels of energy

? Flexible and Eye for detail

Preferably: Good English Communication & Science Graduate.
