· Position is only for Female Candidates.
. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
· Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering to the office.
· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
· Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills.
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
· Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and data entry.
· Managing filing system & Recording information as needed.
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality.
· Experience working flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues.
· Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including mobile instrument, Printer and a computer.
· Should have Maintain Courier facilities outside & Inside.
· Other General Administration duties as required.
