We are a 15yr + Digital Agency located in Wadala in the business of IT . Website and Mobile App Design, Development, Digital Mktg and Branding. We're looking to hire an office assistant cum accountant either male or female who stays close to Wadala with good memory and knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails and Accounting (we dont use tally) with a minimum 2 yr job commitment.
NOTE: Communication in English is mandatory so do not apply if you are having difficulty in writing or speaking in English. Also you must be good with numbers/mathematics and located close to Wadala.
Salary: Rs 8000 to Rs per month
Timings: Mon to Fri (10am to 7pm)
Office Location: Wadala East (Near vidyalankar College)
Job responsibilities:
1) Maintain all accounting and legal records, files and office documents in an orderly manner in Excel and Word
2) Create and Review invoices and purchase order ensuring the accuracy of all data
3) Reconcile bank balance and recorded general ledger entries
4) Follow up clients on payment reminders via calls and mails
5) Data entry of records related to mktg and sales activities
6) Undertake banking tasks
7) Maintain records of employees documents and attendance
8) Undertake marketing activities on a computer such as mass mailing, telemarketing, chat etc (training will be provided)
9) Collection of cheques and documents from clients offices.
10) Surfing the internet to find information
11) Opening and closing the office
12) Be open to learn new tasks as and when needed
