Job Description

• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer incoming phone calls and take messages.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.

• Assist in setting up new office systems and procedures.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Coordinate office events and activities.

• Perform tele calling duties as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Manage application schemes, application object and application performance in the data base
