Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and gather information as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing events and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a cum Officer Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
