1) Should able to handle Banks work

2) Attending Phone Calls

3) Print / Scan / Xerox / Filing dispatch Couriers & record

4) Managing file system and maintain proper filing system

5) Documentation and other office related work

6) Coordinate with brokers and find the new clients whenever is required

7) Maintain Pretty Cash

8) Maintain office & Manage office boy

9) Monthly MIS

10) Schedule meetings and appointment and manage travel

11) Manage information flow in a time

12) Set up meeting

13) Communication Memos, Emails, Reports phone calls in a polite and

professional manner

14) Visitors and identifying their visit

15) Maintain Attendance and Leave Records

16) Carry out desk & field market research

17) Responsible for collection,

18) Tabulation of data entry & data processing during market research for other

bench mark projects
