Responsibilities:
Collecting office keys from home of owner and opening the office at 9:45 am, dusting to be done.
Attending phone calls.
Doing Bank related work, such as depositing cheques/other documents in bank.
Typing of letters, other formats as per requirement.
Preparation of various statements required for filing . returns/any other work(Guidance will be provided by us)
Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
Preparing Tea/ coffee in coffee break.
Qualifications
12th pass, any vocational course done- preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word(Preferred not compulsory)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
