Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our Sports Department. The ideal candidate will be a female within 35 years of age with excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Sports Department of Pes University Banashakari Bangalore-

Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks within the Sports Department.

Maintain organized records and files related to sports programs, events, and student activities.

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for sporting events, meetings, and activities.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.

Assist in the organization and execution of sports events, tournaments, and competitions.

Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and event

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
