Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Online Orders Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of online orders, ensuring seamless transactions from placement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Receive, process, and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently using our designated platform or software.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for online orders. Coordinate with the inventory team to restock as needed.
3. Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product availability. Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any shipping-related issues.
5. Order Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all online orders, including order status, tracking information, and customer interactions.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy in order processing, packaging, and shipping.
7. Reporting: Generate regular reports on online order metrics, including sales performance, order volume, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
