Responsible for assistance in day-to-day operations of the Centre/s.

Reports to the Centre Manager.

Assist in maintenance of all the documents/records as per the SOP/MoU/Annexure and data compilation and reporting to MSWS management & Donors as per the requirement.

Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Assisting in updating MIS on a regular basis.

Responsible for upkeep of Assets, centre Kit and Centre Look.

Participate in the review meetings with Donors.

Support in Mobilization and placements of students. (Field/Calling/Documentation).

Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Manager/Senior officials.
