Job Description

Role Overview: The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the

efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to

organization and communication, and it requires a proactive approach to managing office

needs and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as

needed.

Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Input and update data in various databases and spreadsheets.

Provide estimates, generate bills, and overlook dispatch of materials.

Contact customers asking them to make due payments.

Collect and send transport receipts to customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or in

a related field are a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with office equipment and applications

Experience with basic bookkeeping and office management procedures.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
