We are urgently hiring for a capable and a well-natured Office Assistant for our Bangalore
branch. You will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of office premises, assisting
employees in the office, and for pick-up and delivery of materials when the need arises and
helping the operations department with packing, and dispatch of materials.
JOB DUTIES:
● Make sure that the office is opened on time
● Keep the offices clean and tidy by sweeping/mopping/dusting the premises
● Water and maintain the plants in the office premises
● Serve tea/coffee/refreshments to the employees daily and for guests when needed.
● Keep pantry items in stock by purchasing groceries and items on time, and maintain the
pantry area.
● Monitor the levels of office supplies and handle any shortages that arise promptly.
● Record proper bills and send them by email.
● Deal with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
● Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and assist in basic set-up of
Spintly devices.
● Take initiative and end-to-end responsibility for all tasks.
● Pick up and drop off guests and employees when the need arises
● Assist in keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, deliveries, and transport costs
● Assist in communications and arrangements with vendors
● Assist in handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement activities
● Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
● Cooperate with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment
within the office.
