Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate departments. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.

They maintain financial records and assist with accounting tasks. They are responsible for processing financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Assists in preparing and maintaining financial reports, ledgers, and spreadsheets
